To ensure customer satisfaction, a Quality Management System has been implemented that provides for the verification of the efficiency of individual processes and the effectiveness of actions to meet the corporate targets set in the Quality Policy and in the plan of Improvement.

The Quality Management System has been developed to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources, focusing on the expectations of customers and other stakeholders.

OPTOTEC is committed to maintaining a Customer Satisfaction policy in all business processes such as development, procurement, production, delivery and after-sales service.

The main objective is to offer customers high quality, effective, innovative, reliable and economical products within the agreed time frame.

OPTOTEC Quality System has been certified since 1995. And has been recently asserted to ISO 9001: 2015 also.

OPTOTEC has equipped internal labs and machineries designed to carry out homologations on its own. 
All equipment and instruments are constantly maintained efficiently updated and inspected from time to time. This allows to document reliable results both internally and externally, in order to supply a further guarantee to the Customer.
