Thanks to the professionalism of our engineers and designers through the use of 3D modeling programs, Optotec is able to design and prototype containers and many other optical accessories that meet all the needs that are required of us. In collaboration with the customer, Optotec is able to produce products and develop new projects by defining performance, budget and production times.
The Optotec quality team manages various tasks within the company, verifying the correct functioning and compliance with company procedures and the instructions drawn up and implemented to achieve the expressed objectives of the property. It coordinates and manages all the quality control activities of the production process, to ensure that the raw materials, processes and finished products reach and comply with the established standards. Given the importance of this office, over the years Optotec has invested in equipment for various environmental, mechanical and optical tests.
Our Buyer team manages the procurement of goods and services necessary for the needs of the entire company. It deals with administrative and operational aspects that involve the following activities: planning of purchases, based on the indications provided by the Commercial and Marketing area; identification of potential suppliers and analysis of offers; management of negotiations with suppliers and definition of procedures and drafting of orders and payment methods; verification of compliance with agreed procedures and delivery and payment times. Lastly, it is very important for Optotec to maintain relationships with supplier companies.
SALES & MARKETING
Our sales and marketing managers are responsible for the sales policies of Optotec products. They establish the techniques and strategies that our company must adopt to best sell our products. They constantly collaborate with the sales department, which deal with relations with domestic and foreign customers and suppliers. It is very important for us to strengthen the loyalty with our customers. To support these departments, Optotec has created a marketing and communication team that, in addition to taking care of the corporate image, makes the strategies planned by the salesmen operational.
